Just a short drive to the coast of Lake Huron or Saginaw Bay, our veteran housing community is settled in the beautiful city of Bad Axe, Michigan. Fiddler’s Green Bad Axe creates opportunities for residents to connect through activities, programs, and events that promote engagement and wellness.

Beyond our events and programs offered at our community, we want to help veterans connect with the local area. Downtown Bad Axe features a wide range of stores from large retail chains to small boutiques and hosts several events, including the Huron Community Fair, a Cruise Night, and a Christmas Parade. Beyond shopping, residents can explore the history of Bad Axe by visiting the Pioneer Log Village, a unique settlement of historic buildings that includes a log cabin home, a blacksmith shop, chapel, general store. and one-room schoolhouse.
